2022 was a year filled with some uncertainty for everyone, but looking back it was also a year of opportunities and excitement.

Here at Sentience Life we saw many new clients sign up for our services and I am proud to say to date we have had a 98% success rate for the year! 

Our clients understood that signing up for our services didn't mean we were going to fix their issues, but it meant that they were committing themselves to a process that would see them grow as individuals and acquiring the skills and tools that would empower them to go and live their lives.

As with some of our clients, we too had to suffer the loss of many good friends and family during the last 2 years, and it was comforting to see a surge in people's empathy towards each other and how important relationships became to most during this period.

Not only did our client-base grow, but we also started working on our marketing strategy for 2023. This new website is the start of an ongoing project and we hope in future to build the features into it from where clients would be able to start booking their own appointments online.

I am personally also busy working on some ideas for new programmes to be launched in 2023, focusing on young people and the stress and anxiety they go through in school.
